CANCELLATION POLICY

Extra guest and children: Extra guests & children are more than welcome to wait in the waiting room while you’re getting service(s) completed. However, due to limited space and safety precautions, they are not allowed in the treatment room. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost. I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy helps us accommodate other clients and maintain our service quality. I am very understanding and ask that you contact me as soon as you know you need to cancel so we can get you rescheduled and avoid fees. No-call/No-shows: Failure to provide notice of cancellation or missing an appointment without communication will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. After two consecutive no-call/no-show occurrences, future appointments will require a 50% deposit and must be scheduled directly with me. Period Policy: If you’re on your period on the day of your Brazilian/Bikini wax, you may still receive the service as long as you have a tampon, menstrual cup or menstrual disc in. If you do not feel comfortable receiving your service(s), you may cancel or reschedule your appointment. *Please note that the cancellation policy still applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Grace period: I provide a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment will be canceled, marked as a no-call/no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
